Welcome to the 2011/12 edition of the UK Housing Review, editors Steve Wilcox and Hal Pawson.

The 20th print edition of the UK Housing Review was published in January 2012, and certain sections are available online. This site features six Commentary chapters by Steve Wilcox and Hal Pawson and all of the Compendium of tables available for download in PDF or Excel format.

The print version of the UK Housing Review 2011/12 offered a further section featuring articles by leading analysts, but is no longer available.

In June 2012, the Chartered Institute of Housing Institute of Housing published the UK Housing Review 2012 Briefing Paper, which updates some of the analysis in the main Review. It is free to download here.
