Welcome to the 2013 edition of the UK Housing Review, editors Steve Wilcox and Hal Pawson.

The 21st print edition of the UK Housing Review was published in March 2013, and certain sections are available online. This site features six Commentary chapters by Steve Wilcox and Hal Pawson and all of the Compendium of tables available for download in PDF or Excel format.

The print version of the UK Housing Review 2013 offered a further section featuring articles by leading analysts, but is no longer available.

In June 2013, the Chartered Institute of Housing Institute of Housing published the UK Housing Review 2013 Briefing Paper, which updates some of the analysis in the main Review. It is free to download here.
