Commentary chapters in this year's Review are by Steve Wilcox, John Perry, Mark Stephens and Peter Williams. They include analysis of recent trends in UK housing markets and in housing needs, as well as of housing provision and public expenditure on housing and the government's current plans. There are also Contemporary Issues chapters on the pushing the social sector to the margins, a decade of diminishing welfare and evolving devolution.
